　　二、中国驻法国使馆、总领馆和领事馆恢复审发外国人各类赴华签证。

　　三、口岸签证机关恢复审发符合法定事由的各类口岸签证。

　　对于旅客从中国大陆前往英国的核酸报告要求将于2023年4月4日英国夏令时23:59结束。如果旅客的航班将在这段时间之后到达英国，那么旅客将不需要在旅行前向航空公司出示阴性检测报告。

　　从2023年3月17日起，从中国大陆出发并抵达希思罗机场的以上乘客将不再被邀请参加自愿测试。

　　※自2022年8月15日零時(航班表定抵台時間)起，「所有來台旅客」取消搭機前持2日內PCR報告；惟11月14日起，境外篩檢為 COVID-19 陽性者，自採檢日起5日內應暫緩搭機。

　　1.自2023年4月1日起，原先規定兩岸客運航線由要求雙向旅客前48小時內須有核酸檢測(PCR)陰性結果，改為24小時內的抗原(快篩)陰性證明。 即旅客搭乘海航兩岸航線航班，需在航班表訂時間24小時內自行使用抗原(快篩)試劑盒進行檢測，並在搭機前如實填入海關健康聲明卡。

　　1. 中國大陸可接受之入境外國人持用證件:

　　(1)有效外國人永久居留身份證

　　(2)有效簽證(原簽發日期須在2020年3月28日(含)之後之規定已於2023年3月15日零時起取消)

　　(3)有效外國人居留許可(居留事由為：工作、私人事務、團聚、學習)

　　*過期居留許可需重新向駐外使館申辦簽證入境。相關資訊，請參閱國家移民管理局。

　　(4)有效實體APEC卡

　　2. 恢復台籍旅客持過期台胞證加上台籍身份證，辦理落地簽 (一次性台胞證)。

　　旅行文件 :

　　1. 自2023年4月1日起，原先規定兩岸客運航線由要求雙向旅客前48小時內須有核酸檢測(PCR)陰性結果，改為24小時內的抗原(快篩)陰性證明。
